BY-LAW NO.Z518-2006
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipalityof Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"D",
Map No. 1,by deleting from the Hamlet Residential—holding(HR-h)Zone and adding to the Hamlet
Residential(BR)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on Schedule"A"to
this By-law,which is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 12th DAY OF January 2006.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 12`"DAY OF January 2006.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 12th DAY OF January 2006.
