HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z528-2006 THE CORPORATION OF TILE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.1528-2006 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended; THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No.2456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A", Map No. 73, by removing from the Special Agricultural(A2)Zone and adding to the site-specific Special Agricultural(A2-4)Zone,those lands that are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2-4 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6 — Special Agricultural(A2)Zone Regulations by adding the following new subsection: "6.11.4 6.11.4.1 Defined Area A2-4 as shown on Schedule "A",Map No. 73 to this By-law 6.11.4.2 Additional Permitted Uses A fenced compound area for the storage of licensed recreational vehicles, boats, and travel trailers 6.11.4.3 Prohibited Uses All uses listed in Section 4.8 and Section 4.48 of this By-law. 6.11.4.4 Supplemental Rejiulations The A2-4 Zone shall not exceed 1260 m2 in area and shall remain as part of the existing lot. The A2-4 Zone shall be subject to a Site Plan Control Agreement being entered into between the owner and the Municipality of Bayhanr 3) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed tine; or b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 5th day of October 2006 and to this date,no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the Clerk.
