BY-LAW NO.Z529-2006
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.24,by removing the holding(h)provisions from the site-specific Open Space(OS-8h)Zone
on those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked OS-8 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 15th DAY OF JUNE 2006.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 15th DAY OF JUNE 2006.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15th DAY OF JUNE 2006.
