BY-LAW NO.7533-2006

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipalityof Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"I",
Map No. 5,by removing the holding(h)provisions from the Village Residential I (Rl-h)Zone on
those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked 121 on Schedule"A" to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 19th DAY OF APRIL 2007.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 19th DAY OF APRIL 2007.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF APRIL 2007.
