BY-LAW NO.Z541-2007

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessaryto amend Zoning By-
law No.Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"H",Map No.
2,by deleting from the Village Residential—holding(RI-h)Zone and adding to the Village Residential(R1)
Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked R1 on Schedule"A"to this By-law, which is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 17th DAY OF May 2007.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 17th DAY OF May 2007.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17th DAY OF May 2007.
