BY-LAW NO. Z543-2007
MENNONITE CHURCH IN CHRIST
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayharn enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "C", by deleting from the Institutional -- holding (I-h) Zone and adding to the
Institutional(I)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked I on Schedule"A"
to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 7th DAY OF JUNE 2007.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 7th DAY OF JUNE 2007.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7th DAY OF JUNE 2007.
