BY-LAW NO. 2015-054
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham intends to determine the condition, location and
amount of the existing storm infrastructure;
WHEREAS Professional Consulting Servies provides recommendations on replacement of
storm sewers to best serve the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement with Professional Consulting Services to obtain a Storm Sewer
Condition Assessment and Report.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement
between Professional Consulting Services and the Municipality of Bayham;
2. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7t" DAY OF
MAY 2015.
