BY-LAW NO. 2018-053
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
PORT BURWELL FAMILY RESIDENCES
WHEREAS Municipality of Bayham By-law No. 2017-021 allocates Bayham Garbage Tags to
properties within the Municipality of Bayham;
AND WHEREAS site characteristics of the Port Burwell Family Residences prohibits efficient
collection of waste by the Municipal Waste Collection Contractor and the use of
Bayham Garbage Tags at the Port Burwell Family Residences;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement with Port Burwell Family Residences to ensure the equitable
distribution of benefit provided by Bayham Garbage Tags;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between Port Burwell
Family Residences and the Municipality of Bayham;
2. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF
APRIL 2018.
