BY-LAW NO. 2018-034
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
GERHARD HEIDE AND BERNHARD REDDEKOPP
AND THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM,
TO PROVIDE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SUBDIVISION PLAN, KNOWN AS
THE ALWARD ST SUBDIVISION, VILLAGE OF STRAFFORDVILLE,
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the agreement affixed hereto as Schedule "A", being a subdivision
agreement with Gerhard Heide and Bernhard Reddekopp (Owners), is
hereby approved and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same.
2. THAT the Subdivision Agreement be registered upon the title to all five (5)
lots subject to County of Elgin Consent Applications E13/17 and E14/17
described as being Concession 6 STR Part Lots 125 & 126 being Parts 1, 2,
5, 6 & 7 on Registered Plan 11 R-9370.
READ A FIRST and SECOND time this 15th day of March 2018.
READ A THIRD time and finally passed this 15th day of March 2018.
