A 8y-law authorizing an application to the Department
of .'unicipal Affairs to extend the time for the return
of the Assessment Roll.
`Ti.:RRAS The Assessment Act authorizes an
extension of the time of t1.-.e return of the Assessi..ent Roll,
AND WHEREAS the Council are of the opinion that
the Assessuert Roll cannot be completed by September 30th,
1952.
UD WHEREAS the Department of ;Iunicipal Affairs
have approved or the passing of this by-law as evidenced
by the endorsation on the original thereof:
Therefore t: e time for the return of the Assessment Roll

is extended fora period of 3 1 days as from
September 30th, 195.1; and the time for the revision and
the final revision of the said roll is extended for a
period of 21 days.
