BY-LAW NO. 2017- 101
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
RAMONA PEIDL
FOR THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC SPACE RECEPTACLES AND EAST BEACH
WASHROOM MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham has placed Public Space Garbage and
Recycling Receptacles at various Municipally owned locations within the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is the registered owner of lands known
locally as the East Beach;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham operates a facility on the subject lands
known as the East Beach Washroom;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is
desirous of entering into an agreement for provision of Public Space Receptacles and
East Beach Washroom Maintenance;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Ramona Peidl for the
provision of Public Space Receptacles and East Beach Washroom
Maintenance.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5TH DAY
OF OCTOBER, 2017.
