BY-LAW NO. 2017- 090
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
DRIER CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC.
FOR STRUCTURAL REPAIRS OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
ALUM BUILDING
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is the registered owner of the Wastewater Treatment
Plant Alum Building located at the property known as 1 Chatham Street, Port Burwell;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for structural repairs of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Alum
Building;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
between the Municipality of Bayham and Drier Construction Group Inc. for structural
repairs of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Alum Building;
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7t" DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 2017.
