I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 6th day of April 2017 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of the Clerk. By-law No. Z659-2017 is in full force and effect. Z659-2017 GUENTHER BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 16.9 Exceptions — Hamlet Commercial (HC) Zone by adding the following clauses: 16.9.2.1 Defined Area HC-2 as shown on Schedule "D" Eden to this By-law. 16.9.2.2 Additional Permitted Uses Indoor auction sales facility inside a building not more than twice in a calendar year. 16.9.2.3 Prohibited Uses Farm equipment sales and service; Motor vehicle service station; and, Public garage. 16.9.2.4 Buffer Area In accordance with Section 4.29 of this By-law. 2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "D" Eden by changing the zoning on the Institutional (I) to Special Site-specific Hamlet Commercial (HC-2), which lands are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HC-2 on Schedule "E" Eden to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
