Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13 I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z658-2017 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 16th day of March 2017 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34 of the Planning Act. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 6th day of April 2017 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the Clerk. By-law No. Z6.58-2017 is in full force and effect. Z658-2017 SCHROYENS BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6.12 Exceptions — Special Agricultural (A2) Zone by adding the following clauses: 6.12.14.1 Defined Area A2-14 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 8 to this By-law. 6.12.14.2 Minimum Lot Frontage 141.0 metres 2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 7.12 Exceptions — Special Rural Residential (RR-32) Zone by adding the following clauses: 7.13.32.1 Defined Area RR-32 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 8 to this By-law. 7.13.32.2 Prohibited Uses Notwithstanding the regulations of subsection 7.11.1 of the By-law, the keeping of livestock shall be prohibited. 3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A", Map No. 8 by changing the zoning symbol on the surplus farm dwelling lands from Agricultural (Al-A) Zone to Special Rural Residential (RR-32) Zone, the retained farm parcel from Agricultural (Al-A) Zone to Special Agricultural (A2-14) Zone and on the lands south west of the subject area at 54884 Jackson Line from Agricultural (Al-A) Zone to Agricultural (A1) Zone, which lands are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-32, A2-14 and Al on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 4) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or Zoning By-law Z658-2017 Schroyens b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
