THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham does herby authorize the acceptance of conveyance of lands known as Part 2 on Registered Plan 11 R-4833 (Robinson St.) from Jushua Matheson and Ryan Vanwynsberghe; 2. AND THAT the Deputy Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute any required documentation; 3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
