HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law No. 2017-026 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO. 2017-026 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE OF LANDS WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to authorize the acceptance of conveyance of lands known as Part 2 on Registered Plan 11 R-4833 (Robinson St.) in order to enter into an encroachment agreement with Jushua Matheson and Ryan Vanwynsberghe NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham does herby authorize the acceptance of conveyance of lands known as Part 2 on Registered Plan 11 R-4833 (Robinson St.) from Jushua Matheson and Ryan Vanwynsberghe; 2. AND THAT the Deputy Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute any required documentation; 3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
