BY-LAW NO. 2016-058
BEING A BY-LAW TO REPEAL THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM BY-LAW 2014-082
WHEREAS the Section 8 of the Municipal Act, 2001, c.25 as amended provides that a
municipality has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the
purpose of exercising its authority under this or any Act;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary to repeal By-law 2014-082, being a By-law to adopt a policy for the operation and
management of the Straffordville and Vienna Community Centre Facilities;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the By-Law 2014-082 enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Bayham and attachments thereto is hereby repealed;
2. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 21st DAY OF
JULY 2016.
