BY-LAW NO. 2002-01
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Baybarn is desirous to appoint persons to Boards and
Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayharn deems it expedient to
appoint such persons by by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. THAT the following persons be and are hereby appointed to act as members of the following
Boards and Committees of the Municipality of Bayharn:
(a) Committee of Adjustment

Staff Co-ordinator of Planning Services, Michael Graves, Secretary
(b) Community Centres Committee

2. THAT the term of this appointment shall be for a one-year term, except (o) which shall be
for a term ending December 31, 2003, and that appointees shall remain in office until
respective successors are appointed by Council;
3. THAT appointments By-law 2001-12, and amendments thereto, be repealed;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2002-01
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2002-01 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law
2002-33 amend By-law 2002-01;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
fizrther amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following person be hereby appointed as a member of the Edison Museum of Vienna
Board:
John Ingolfsrud;
2. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2002-01, as amended, is hereby confirmed and remains
unchanged;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.

Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
