Whereas it is necessary and expedient to amend BY -Law
A. 440.
Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the
Municipality of Bayham in regular session assembled that By Law
No 440 be a=endedas follows.
That Polling SubrLivis ion No 8 shall be composed of the
Followings lands taking from polling Sub -Divisions No One and Two,

the south half of concession two.
