BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law
No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A", Map 4, by
deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone, and adding to the site-specific Rural Residential (RR-25) Zone, those
lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-25 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedules are attached
to and form part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A", Map 4,by
deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone, and adding to the site-specific Special Agricultural (A2-9) Zone, those
lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2-9 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedules are attached
to and form part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 7.13 EXCEPTIONS
—Rural Residential(RR)Zone,by adding the following new subsection.
"7.13.25
7.13.25 .1 Defined Area
RR-25 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 4 to this By-law
7.13.25.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
20 metres"
4) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6.12 EXCEPTIONS
- Special Agricultural(A2)Zone,by adding the following new subsection.
"6.12.9
6.12.9.1 Defined Area
A2-9 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 4 to this By-law
6.12.9.2 Minimum Lot Area
40 hectares"
5) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the
Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the
Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

READ A SECOND TIME THIS 6th DAY OF NOVEMBER 2014.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6th DAY OF NOVEMBER 2014.
