BY-LAW NO. Z630-2014

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"E", by deleting from the Hamlet Residential — holding (HR{hl]) Zone and adding to the
Hamlet Residential (HR) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on
Schedule "A"to this By-law, which is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 5th DAY of JUNE 2014
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 5th DAY of JUNE 2014
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5t'' DAY of JUNE 2014.
