BY-LAW NO. Z624-2013
PRESSEY
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map 58 by deleting from the Rural Residential (RR) Zone, and adding to the site-specific
Rural Residential (RR-23) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-23 on
Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedules are attached to and form part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
7.13 EXCEPTIONS—Rural Residential(RR)Zone,by adding following new subsection.
"7.13.23
7.13.23.1 Defined Area
RR-23 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 58 to this By-law
7.13.23.2 Permitted Uses
Animal Kennel with a maximum of three (3) domesticated animals, in
addition to all other uses in the RR Zone"
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.

READ A SECOND TIME THIS 3rd DAY OF OCTOBER 2013.
READ A THI'RI)TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 3rd DAY OF OCTOBER 2013.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z624-2013 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 3'd day of October 2013 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 29th day of October 2013 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
By-law No. Z624-2013 is in full force and effect.
