BY-LAW NO. Z620-2013
SORENY FARMS LIMITED
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "F", Map No. 1, by deleting from the Village Residential—holding (R1-h) Zone
and adding to the Village Residential (R1) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines
and marked R1 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which is attached to and forms part of
this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 18th JULY 2013.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 18th JULY 2013.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18th JULY 2013.
