BY-LAW NO.Z617-2013
DUNDEE ENERGY
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "I", Map 4 by deleting from the Open Space (OS) Zone, and adding to the Site-
Specific Village Open Space (OS-9) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and
marked 0S-9 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedules are attached to and form
part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 25.8 EXCEPTIONS - Open Space (OS) Zone, by adding following new
subsection.
"25.8.9
25.8.9.1 Defined Area
OS-9 as shown on Schedule "1", Map 4 to this By-law
25.8.9.2 Permitted Uses
Storage buildings and structures associated with an industrial
facility in addition to all other uses permitted in the OS Zone
25.8.9.3 Maximum lot coverage
5% including outdoor storage areas"
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or

b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 18th DAY OF APRIL 2013.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18th DAY OF APRIL 2013.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990,Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z617-2013 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 18th day of April 2013 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 14u'day of May 2013 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
By-law No. Z617-2013 is in full force and effect.
