HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z591-2011 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z591-2011 DAVIS BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended; THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: I) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule 'A', Map No. 27, by deleting from the Agricultural (Al/Al-A) Zone and adding to the Site Specific Agricultural(A1-26)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-26 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Section 5 Agricultural(Al/A1-A)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection: "5.11.26 5.11.26.1 Defined Area A1-26 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 27 to this by-Iaw. 5.11.26.2 Additional Permitted Uses Automobile and Marine Vehicle Repair Shop within existing Accessory Building to a maximum floor area of 272 m2(2925 fie) 5.11.26.3 Outdoor Storage Outdoor Storage will be limited to the rear yard of the accessory building used for the repair shop. Any outdoor storage must be situated 5 metres from the top of bank of any ravine/valleylands. 5.11.26.4 Suonlemental Regulations A maximum of 1 additional non-resident employee will be permitted. Hours of Operation will be restricted to weekday office hours." 3) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time;or b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 15th day of August 2011 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the Clerk.
