BY-LAW NO. Z586-2010
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"C",
by deleting from the Hamlet Residential(HR-h)Holding Zone and adding to the Hamlet Residential
(HR)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on Schedule"A"to this By-law,
which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law comes into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 16th DAY OF December 2010.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 16th DAY OF December 2010.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16th DAY OF December 2010.
