HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z565-2008 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z565-2008 ANDERSON BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended; THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by deleting subsection 5.11.17 in its entirety and replacing it with the following new subsection: "5.11.17 5.11.17.1 Defined Area A1-17 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 14& 15 to this by-law. 5.11.17.2 Minimum Lot Area 13.4 hectares 5.11.17.3 Additional Permitted Uses The manufacturing and retail sale offibre-related products derived from livestock that are produced both on and off-site. 5.11.17 4 Maximum BuildinH Area for Additional Permitted Uses 90 m2" 2) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time;or b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 2nd day of September 2008 and to this date,no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of the Clerk.
