BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"H", Map No. 2, by deleting from the Village Residential —holding (R1-h) Zone and adding to
the Village Residential (R1) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RI on
Schedule"A"to this By-law,which is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 19th DAY OF June 2008.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 19th DAY OF June 2008.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF June 2008.
