BY-LAW NO. 2014 - 074
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF AN
AGREEMENT TO DEVELOP AN ONTARIO REGULATION 453/07 WATER
FINANCIAL PLAN, INCLUSIVE OF WATER RATE STUDY
BETWEEN
WATSONS & ASSOCIATES ECONOMISTS LTD.
AND
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of entering into an
agreement for the development of an Ontario Regulation 453/07 Water Financial Plan,
inclusive of Water Rate Study;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it expedient to
authorize the execution of such an agreement by by-law;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the agreement affixed hereto as Schedule "A", being an Agreement to
Develop an Ontario Regulation 453/07 Water Financial Plan, inclusive of
Water Rate Study to obtain a drinking water licence renewal for the Bayham
Water System and a new drinking water licence for the Richmond Water
System, is hereby approved;
2. AND THAT the Administrator be and is hereby authorized to execute the said
agreement.
