BY-LAW NO. 2014-069
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2009-086
A BY-LAW TO LICENSE REFRESHMENT VEHICLES
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham passed By-Law No. 2009-086 on July 16,
2009 to license all refreshment vehicles
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of amending By-law 2009-
086;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Section 4 be amended as follows:
"A Refreshment Vehicle may only be licensed for placement on private property."
2. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2009-086 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
3. AND THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19TH DAY
OF JUNE 2014.
