BY-LAW NO.2014-067
BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 2014-001
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2014-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS Council did by By-law 2014-041 amend By-law 2014-001;
AND WHEREAS Council is desirous of further amending By-law 2014-001;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the name of Susan Start be added as a member of the Museums Bayham Board for a
three(3)year term to expire in December 2017;
2. THAT in all other respects,By-law 2014-001, as amended,is hereby confirmed and remains
unchanged;
3. AND THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19TH DAY
OF JUNE 2014.
