BY-LAW 2014-063
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND ERIE
SHORES WIND FARM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE FUNDING AND
OPERATION OF 5361 BROWN ROAD (WIND INTERPRETIVE CENTRE)
WHEREAS Erie Shores Wind Farm has provided a proposal to the Municipality of Bayham
to assist with costs to operate the Municipal facility known as the Wind Interpretive Centre
located at 5361 Brown Road;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous to enter into an
agreement with Erie Shores Wind Farm for the funding and operation of the Wind
Interpretive Centre;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MVIUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement based on the key provisions as indicated within Staff Report
F2014-016 be in effect for a three year term for the Operating Seasons from 2014 to
2017;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be herby authorized to execute an agreement with Erie
Shores Wind Farm Limited Partnership for the funding and operation of the Wind
Interpretive Centre located at 5361 Brown Road;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME THIS 5TH DAY OF JUNE 2014.
