BY-LAW NO. 2014-058
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF A FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO
as represented by the Minister of Rural Affairs
("MRA")
AND
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
REGARDING
THE RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (RED) PROGRAM
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of proceeding with the Economic
Development Initiatives and Opportunities Plan;
AND WHEREAS the Ministry of Rural Affairs has approved funding for such project in an
amount not to exceed $30,000 under the Rural Economic Development Fund;
AND WHEREAS the Parties wish to proceed with the required Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Agreement attached hereto as Appendix "A"and forming part of this by-law between the
Municipality of Bayham and Her Majesty The Queen In Right Of Ontario, as represented by
the Minister of Rural Affairs;
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15TH DAY
OF MAY 2014.
