BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND
BY-LAW NO.2013-110
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MUNICIPAL
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FOR THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, as amended, municipalities may
appoint officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did pass By-law 2013-110 appointing
officers and employees;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2014-006, and 2014-
034 amend By-law 2013-110;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and expedient to
further amend By-law 2013-110 to remove the name of David Aristone as Treasurer/Tax Collector.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the name of David Aristone be removed as Treasurer/Tax Collector;
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect as of mid-night April 17, 2014;
4. AND THAT in all other aspects By-law 2013-110 remain in full force and effect.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 17th day of
April 2014.
