BY-LAW NO. 2014-041
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2014-001
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2014-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS Council is desirous of amending By-law 2014-001;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the name of Brent Stewart be removed as a member of the Straffordville Cemetery
Board;
2. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2014-001 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
3. AND THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17TH DAY
OF APRIL 2014.
