BY-LAW NO.2014-032
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF A SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
SHARON LARMOUR
WHEREAS the positions of Administrator and Treasurer for the Municipality of Bayham will
be vacant effective April 7th 2014;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham has determined and deemed it
necessary to have an individual in place to discharge the duties of an Administrator and
Treasurer to pursuant to the Municipal Act 2001, S.Q. 2001 Chapter 25;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham now deems it
necessary and expedient to enter into a service contract Agreement with Sharon Larmour;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement,
attached hereto as Schedule "A"and forming part of this by-law,between Sharon
Larmour and the Municipality of Bayham, for the provision of Administration and
Treasury Management Services for the Municipality of Bayham;
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20TH
DAY OF MARCH 2014.
