BY-LAW NO. 2014-016
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
COMPRINT SYSTEMS INCORPORATED
REGARDING
A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR
MUNICIPAL VOTERVIEW (MVV) SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of providing an internet-
based application to provide election officials with an electronic view of Bayham's electoral
information, including the ability to make corrections to the voters list, to access various voter
counts needed for electoral planning, the capability to provide an electronic copy of all changes
to the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation at the end of the Municipal election, the
capability for Bayham municipal electors to determine their electoral status and to provide for
registration as an elector electronically;
AND WHEREAS Comprint Systems Incorporated has the capability to provide these services
through their internet-based Municipal VoterView Services;
AND WHEREAS the Parties wish to proceed with the required Agreement;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between
the Municipality of Bayham and Comprint Systems Incorporated;
2. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6th DAY
OF FEBRUARY 2014.
