BY-LAW NO. 2013-096
A BY-LAW FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE
PROVISION OF CONTRACT WINTER CONTROL SERVICES
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WITH WILSON LAWN CARE
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on October 21,
2010, by By-law 2010-096 enter into an agreement with Wilson Lawn Care for the provision of
contracted winter control services;
AND WHEREAS by By-laws 2011-080 and 2012-110 Council did renew the agreement for
further one-year terms;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of renewing the agreement for
contracted winter control maintenance activities to be performed under the jurisdiction of the
Municipality for a further one year term;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement between and the Municipality of Bayham and Wilson Lawn Care
for the provision of contracted winter control services be renewed for a one year term
ending April 30, 2014;
2. THAT in all other respects By-law 2010-096 and the Agreement attached thereto are
hereby confirmed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 21ST DAY
OF NOVEMBER 2013.
