BY-LAW NO.2013-069
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2013-001
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2013-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS Council did,by By-law 2013-037, amend such by-law;
AND WHEREAS Council did by By-law 2013-068 establish an Otter Valley Trail Committee;
AND WHEREAS Council is desirous of appointing members to the Otter Valley Trail Committee;
NOW TIIEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM FURTHER AMENDS BY-LAW 2013-001 AND ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following interested persons be appointed to the Otter Valley Trail Committee:
Gord Bennett Jessica Christine Cavers Dylan Dykeman
David Ross Joe Stephenson Ray Talbot;
2. THAT the Council member representatives be appointed as follows:
Mayor Paul Ens and alternate Councillor Tom Southwick;
THAT the following staff be appointed as Committee Resource:Vance Czerwinski,Manager Public
Works;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18TH DAY
OF JULY 2013.
