BY-LAW NO. 2013-048
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE TRANSFER
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
LEN FROESE 0/A GROUND EFFECTS LANDSCAPE AND DESIGN
FOR THE PROVISION OF CEMETERY CARE SERVICES
TO BILL FROESE 0/S PRO GRASS
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayharn did pass By-law
2012-002 on March 1st 2012, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with Len
Froese, 0/A Ground Effects Landscape and Design for Cemetery Care services in the
Municipality of Bayham;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham, did by By-law
2013-0034 renew the contract agreement for a further one year period;
AND WHEREAS Len Froese, Bill Froese and the Municipality are agreeable to the transfer of
the contract agreement for Cemetery Care services to Bill Froese 0/A Pro Grass;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement for cemetery care services between the Municipality of Bayham
and Len Froese 0/A Ground Effects Landscape and Design, and the renewal thereof for a
further one year term be hereby transferred to Bill Froese 0/A Pro Grass;
2. THAT all terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect;
3. THAT this agreement may be renewed for an additional term upon the agreement of both
the contractor and the Municipality;
4. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect as of May 1, 2013.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6TH DAY
OF JUNE 2013
