BY-LAW NO. 2013-034
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
LEN FROESE 0/A GROUND EFFECTS LANDSCAPE AND DESIGN
FOR THE PROVISION OF CEMETERY CARE SERVICES
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM •
WHEREAS the.Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did pass By-law
2012-002 on March 1st 2012, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with Len
Froese, 0/A Ground Effects Landscape and Design for Cemetery Care services in the
Municipality of Bayham;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the
contractor are desirous of renewing this contract for a further one year period, as permitted in the
original agreement;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement for cemetery care services between the Municipality of Bayham
and Len Froese 0/A Ground Effects Landscape and Design,be renewed for a further one
year term beginning May 1s`2013;
2. THAT all terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4TH DAY
OF APRIL 2013
