BY-LAW NO. 2013-017
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF A CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF CANADA
AS REPRESENTED BY THE MINISTER RESPONSIBLE FOR FEDERAL ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR SOUTHERN ONTARIO
REGARDING
THE COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is proceeding with Fire Code Upgrades to the Vienna
Community Centre;
AND WHEREAS the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario has
approved funding for such project in an amount not to exceed $35,828 under it's Community
Infrastructure Improvement Fund;
AND WHEREAS the Parties wish to proceed with the required Contribution Agreement;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between
the Municipality of Bayham and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada as represented
by the Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern
Ontario.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7th DAY
OF FEBRUARY,2013.
