BY-LAW NO.2012-126
BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 2012-001
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2012-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law
2012-011, 2012-064, 2012-092,2012-095 and 2012-106 amend such by-law;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
further amend such by-law;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Hugh Howey be removed as a member of the Eden.Cemetery Board;
2. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2012-001, is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
3. AND THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6TH DAY
OF DECEMBER 2012.
