BY-LAW NO. 2012 - 117
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CORNELIUS AND SARA TEICHROEB AND THE CORPORATION
OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM, TO PROVIDE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF TWO RESIDENTIAL LOTS IN THE HAMLET OF RICHMOND,
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the agreement affixed hereto as Schedule "A", being a subdivision agreement
with Cornelius and Sara Teichroeb, is hereby approved and the Mayor and Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the same.
2. THAT the agreement is to be registered by Land Titles.
READ A First and Second time this 15th day of November 2012.
READ A Third time and finally passed this 15th day of November 2012.
