BY-LAW NO. 2012-115
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
LONG POINT REGION CONSERVATION AUTHORITY
FOR THE BAYHAM ALUS PROGRAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into a contract agreement with the Long Point.Region Conservation Authority to carry
out services for the coordination and implementation of the Bayham ALUS Pilot Program.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Independent
Contractor Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law
between the Municipality of Bayham and the Long Point Region Conservation Authority
for the provision of services for the coordination and implementation of the Bayham
ALUS Pilot Program.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2012.
