BY-LAW NO. 2012-108
A BY-LAW FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE
PROVISION OF CONTRACT WINTER CONTROL SERVICES
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WITH LAEMERS TRUCKING LTD.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on October 21,
2010,by By-law 2010-093 enter into an agreement with Laemers Trucking Ltd. for the provision
of contracted winter control services;
AND WHEREAS by By-law 2011-079 Council did renew the agreement for a one-year term;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of renewing the agreement for
contracted winter control maintenance activities to be performed under the jurisdiction of the
Municipality for a further one year term;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement between and the Municipality of Bayham and Laemers Trucking
Ltd. for the provision of contracted winter control services be renewed for a further one
year term ending April 30, 2013;
2. THAT in all other respects By-law 2010-093 and the Agreement attached thereto are
hereby confirmed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1sT DAY
OF NOVEMBER 2012.
