BY-LAW 2012- 094
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2012-022
IMPOSING RATES AND FEES
WHEREAS the Municipal Act S.O. 2001, Chap. M. 25 as amended provides that the Council
of a local Municipality may by by-law, impose specific rates and fees to be charged for
municipal services.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-
law 2012-022 adopt a schedule of rates and fees for municipal services;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham now deems it expedient to
amend By-law 2012-022 to include a reduced fee for the purchase of Vienna Historical
Highlights and a reduced rental fee of the Bayham Community Centre for Zumba;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend the schedule of rates and fees for such services;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following fees be amended/added to Schedule "A"of By-Law 2012-022:
Vienna Historical Highlights $10, (amended) and
Bayham Community Centre Zumba rental, (added) $35
2. AND THAT in all other respects By-law 2012-022 be hereby confirmed.
READ FIRST, SECOND,AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 6th day of
SEPTEMBER 2012.
