BY-LAW 2012-079
A By-Law to Appoint a Manager of Public Works
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, as amended, municipalities
may appoint officers and employees as maybe necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and
expedient to appoint a Manager of Public Works to perform those duties as required by the
Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Mr. Vance Czerwinski be and is hereby appointed the Manager of Public Works
for the Municipality of Bayham to perform such duties commencing July 16, 2012 and
until such appointment is repealed.
2. THAT By-Law No. 2012-042 be and the same is hereby repealed effective July 16,
2012.
3. AND THAT this By-law come into full force and affect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5TH
DAY OF JULY,2012.
