BY-LAW NO. 2012-053
Being a By-law to appoint staff of Commissionaires Great Lakes as Municipality of Bayham
By-law Enforcement Officers for the purpose of enforcing provisions of Municipal By-laws.
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, as amended, municipalities may
appoint officers and employees as maybe necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham has entered into
an agreement with Commissionaires Great Lakes for the provision of By-law Enforcement Services;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary and expedient to appoint certain employees of Commissionaires Great Lakes as By-law
Enforcement Officers for the Municipality;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT Commissionaires Great Lakes employees listed in Schedule "A" of this By-law, are
hereby appointed to act in the capacity of By-Law Enforcement Officer for the Municipality
of Bayham.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect immediately upon third and final
reading thereof
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 3rd day of May, 2012.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED, this 3rd day of May,2012.

April 2012 is hereby renewed on the sante terms and conditions except rates.
which shalt/ be as set out below.
This Memorandum of Agreerrient shall initiate the one year renewable option
in above Service Agreement corntnenrcing an IS' of April 21314 and
ic-Ontinuing unto the 16` of April 2015,
