BY-LAW 2012-042
A By-Law to an Acting Manager of Public Works
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, as amended, municipalities
may appoint officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and
expedient to appoint an Acting Manager of Public Works to perform those duties.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Ed Bradfield be and is hereby appointed the Acting Manager of Public Works for
the Municipality of Bayham to perform such duties commencing April 6th, and until such
appointment is repealed.
2. THAT By-Law No. 2008-104 be and same is hereby repealed.
3. AND THAT this By-law come into full force and affect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5TH
DAY OF APRIL 2012.
