BY-LAW NO. 2012- 036
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2012-027 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
NATURE'S CHOICE
FOR THE PROVISION OF LANDSCAPING SERVICES
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2012-027 authorize the
execution of and agreement with Nature's Choice;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is
desirous of amending the agreement for provision of landscaping services on additional
lands.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the site location being Section south of turn onto Chatham Street
(southwest section), Port Burwell, grasscutting in the amount of$100,be
added to the agreement attached to By-law 2012-027 between the
Municipality of Bayham and Nature's Choice for the provision of landscape
services.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final
passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS
5TH DAY OF APRIL 2012.
